What we collect
We process account and operational data needed to run the service: user identity fields, project configuration, import/export history, task logs, and moderation decisions. We also process review data that merchants connect from external sources, including metadata required to synchronize records and keep auditability.
Why we process data
Data is processed to provide core service capabilities such as imports, review workflow, widgets, translation queues, analytics, and customer support. Security logs and technical diagnostics are retained to detect abuse, investigate incidents, and keep platform reliability.
Retention and protection
Data is retained only for the period necessary to deliver contracted services, meet accounting duties, and maintain legal or security obligations. Access is restricted by role, and system activity is logged. Technical safeguards include encrypted transport, authentication controls, and regular platform monitoring.
